Ẩn chức năng Comment của WordPress bằng Function đơn giản

Function này tắt luôn chức năng comment trong trang quản trị của WordPress và comment ở bài viết trên trang người dùng. Các bạn chỉ cần copy đoạn code dưới đây và dán vào file function.php của theme và trải nghiệm.
